Mental Health Counseling for Lasting Change
About Me
I believe that healing happens when we care for the whole person—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and relationally. I work with clients ages 11 and up, offering in-person sessions in Childress and virtual sessions across Texas. I bring years of experience in vocational ministry, pastoral care, and mental health field.
Whole-Person Care
We’ll take time to understand your emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual health then build a plan that fits your story.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based methods. I use:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): identify and change unhelpful thought patterns
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): build skills for managing emotions and relationships
Biblically Informed CBT: integrate faith with proven psychological tools for lasting change
Specialties
I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues—including marriage and pre-marital counseling.
Accessibility and Availability
I’m committed to making counseling accessible. I reserve a portion of my schedule for reduced-fee sessions for those in financial need. I see clients Monday through Friday, with some evening hours available to accommodate busy schedules.
There is hope. Your healing journey starts here.
